My Background

I received my formal coaching training from IPEC (The

Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) in 2011.

While my “day job” is in creating software for the railroad, my passion is in empowering others. With over 15 years of experience holding retreats and seminars, I have developed a unique approach to that combines introspective activities with real life experiences.

What to Expect

Session 1: Learn what is holding you back and get that negative energy out of the way.

Session 2: Explore what has brought you to where you are today.

Session 3: Learn about energy levels and how they serve you or hold you back.

Session 4: Using the skills we learning in sessions 1-3, you’ll begin creating a vision of what you want for your next chapter in life.

Session 5: In this session, you’ll make a plan for how you are going to live that vision.

Session 6: Finally, we’ll look at how that vision is working for us and what needs to be adjusted, so you can fully live in your new vision.
